Commercial Supply

Product specifications, minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing indicated on this website are indicative and for general reference only. They do not constitute a confirmed quotation or binding commercial commitment.

• All commercial orders are governed by a separate, signed quotation, purchase order or supply agreement between Voxstep and the buyer.
• Final pricing, lead times and specifications are confirmed in writing following sample approval and order confirmation.
• Any conflict between this website and a signed commercial agreement will be resolved in favour of the signed agreement.

Samples & Quotations

Quotations provided in response to an inquiry are valid for the period stated in the quotation document, or 15 days from issuance if no period is stated. Sample charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance and are typically adjustable against confirmed bulk orders. Sample lead times and bulk production lead times may differ and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Payment & Orders

Orders placed through Voxstep are subject to the payment terms agreed in the relevant quotation or supply agreement. General principles applicable to orders include:

• An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of agreed deposit payment and written order confirmation.
• Production timelines commence from the date of order confirmation and, where applicable, sample approval.
• Delays caused by changes to specifications, artwork approval or buyer-side documentation may extend agreed lead times.

Limitation of Liability

Voxstep provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information presented, except as expressly confirmed in a signed commercial agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxstep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Confidentiality

Product designs, specifications, pricing and technical information exchanged during the course of an inquiry or business relationship are treated as confidential by both parties.
